More than 20 pupils from 5th and 6th class participated in the St Colmans and Loretto Blitz when it made its welcome return on Friday. The boys played hurling and the girls played football. Hopefully next year our numbers will be bigger, and we will be able to enter some of the girls into the hurling matches. A very enjoyable day was had by all. The children did their families and their school proud by showing such good sports(wo)manship and by demonstrating how trustworthy they are on a day out. Well done everyone.
