Conna Horticultural Show

Well done to all our pupils for participating in the 62nd Annual Flower Horticulture Cookery Craft Show in Conna Community Hall over the weekend. Thanks to Conna Community Council for all their hard work in organising this fun community event. Lots of happy faces today. Spend the prize money wisely!

Wonder Wall

Seasonal Art

To coincide with our Signs of spring walk we painted some adorable sheep for the WOW work outside our door. We also used chalk to make attractive looking shamrocks!

Our Very Own Toy show!

Today was such an exciting day in Junior Infants! Each child brought in their favourite toy/game/teddy or doll from home. They sat in the WOW CHAIR and told us why it was their favourite. At playtime, the children got to share their favourite toys with each other!

Book Fair

Thanks to everyone who got involved in our Book Fair last year. Thanks to your generous support we had €1400 to spend. Who doesn’t love a brand new book?!

Student Council

Congratulations to our new Student Council. Well done to everyone who entered. Apologies to those who didn’t get in. We could have filled the council 4 times over. Looking forward to getting to work and letting our pupil voice be heard.

Give me 5 – Rules

We decided collaboratively on our Rules this year in First Class. We all drew around our hands and cut it out as a symbol of agreement to our rules. We love how colourful it is and nice to look at as a reminder!

Chromebooks – Olus Education and Typing Club

Dhíríomar ar ár saol digiteach inné. D’fhoghlaimíomar bunscileanna a bhaineann le Chromebooks agus d’oibríomar ar chloscíobh freisin. We focused on our digital lives yesterday. We learned basic skills about using a Chromebook and we also worked on our typing skills.
