We managed a quick assembly today before the worst of the rain. Well done to out certificate recipients for their artistic achievements. Our 3rd class performed George Ezras Green Green Grass as Gaeilge. Bhí an rang as an saol seo.
Despite the bad weather 3rd to 6th classes got down to the hall for indoor hurling. The children are really enjoying the experience.
One of our artistic parents is starting art classes in January.
Thanks to the PA for organising the clothing collection and thanks to everyone who donated. We collected 1133.5kg of clothes and bedding. A whopping €439.40 for the school!! An amazing weekends work!!
At assembly today we celebrated good friends, school achievements and excellent reading and attendance. Maith thú gach duine. Our senior Infants and first class finished things off with a beautiful version of Let it Be.
